Corinne Engel Ouelhadj: A Passion for Culinary Excellence

Corinne Engel Ouelhadj, born and raised in Lyon, the gastronomic capital of France, developed a deep love for cooking at a young age, learning from her mother and grandfather. At 20, she opened her first restaurant in Paris. Later, she ran a successful coffee shop near Paris, where she mastered the art of coffee, tea, and pastries. In 2008, she moved to the USA, continuing her culinary journey. Corinne graduated in pastry arts and created Madeleine & Co, focusing on high-quality, seasonal ingredients. In 2019, she became vice-champion at the World Jam Championship and was recognized as a Maître Confiturière. Committed to sharing her passion for culinary delights, Corinne ensures every product embodies the sophistication of French gastronomy.
