Prestigious Wins at the Strawberry Jam and Jelly Contest
Under the patronage of Marc Fesneau, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, I am thrilled to announce my recent achievements at the highly esteemed Strawberry Jam and Jelly Contest held in Cour-Cheverny. Despite my extensive experience and previous recognitions in the field, including my role as a professor at Alain Ducasse's renowned culinary school, I continuously seek new challenges through various competitions.
At this year's contest, organized as part of the Strawberry Festival, I proudly secured both first and second places in the jelly category. My Strawberry Lavender jelly captivated the judges and earned the top spot, while my Strawberry Timut Pepper Vanilla jelly, known as "Berry Bonbon," claimed the prestigious second place.
These accolades are especially significant as my jellies, made with American strawberries, triumphed against specialized strawberry preserve producers from the region. The Strawberry Lavender jelly, with its enchanting blend of ripe strawberries and delicate floral notes, offers a refined taste experience that impressed the panel.
