Our chef, Corinne Ouelhadj Engel, drew inspiration from the stunning colors of Notre-Dame’s stained glass windows to create this unique jam. Each fruit was carefully selected to represent these vibrant hues:

• Blackcurrants for deep purple,
• Apricots for golden yellow,
• Strawberries for bright red,
• Raspberries for intense pink.

Enhanced with a touch of orange blossom water, this jam symbolizes the spirituality and serenity that radiate from this historic monument.

This artisanal creation honors and expresses our heartfelt gratitude to Americans, the largest donors who contributed to the restoration of Notre-Dame de Paris.
